「Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.」

「位置很好，有清晰的指示牌，很好找。去景點很方便，週邊屬於住宅區，很清靜。 沒有電梯，我們住5樓，提行李上樓有點難度。46房（3人房）的淋浴間去水有問題，因為是晚上，就沒有通知服務員，去了朋友的房間洗澡。早餐很簡單，味道不錯。唯獨熟雞蛋是冰的，懷疑是直接從冰箱取出來的。」

The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.」
