Very accommodating staff, kind and helpful all through my stay. Location was excellent, it made it easy to reach a lot of museums on foot. Lots of good places to eat nearby.
I have been to this hotel before and gladly came back, great staff, clean, quiet and excellent location, the room was nice, renovated, the shower head can use a change in the shower but all the rest was great.
at breakfast i was missing vegan options, but i managed so no big deal for me.
i will come back next time i am in Bucarest
The hotel it is in downtown having the Casino Palace next door, multiple restaurants around and a recreational park 80’ away. Excelent breakfast with very nice people from reception to the to last employee.
Extremely comfortable hotel an easy walk from the stops for the 100 bus from/to the airport. Very clean and modern with excellent aircon. About 30 mins walk from the old town so nice and quiet despite the weekend traffic and crowds. The garden is a nice shady place for a quiet drink.
Easy walk to all of the downtown and Old Town sites. Very helpful staff. Super clean. Well-appointed room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking in the area. Don't miss out on eating at the Old Kitchen restaurant in the adjoining neighborhood. A quick walk to the best Romanian food we had.
Very cute and quiet hotel. In a great area for walking most places. Good air conditioning in the room. The rooms face the side street, so are quiet for sleeping.
Convenient location in the heart of the city, the best area of the city with a lot of restaurant cafe and all the kain tourist attractions. A very comfortable rrom, wide with a small but efficient kitchen. Ill be back there when ill be in Bucarest again.
The staff was exceptional. Every single person there was helpful, polite and friendly. They made the stay all the more enjoyable. Great location , walkable & near attractions. Clean, good size room. Overall, lovely stay. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, right in the centre of Bucharest, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean. We also liked the bed, it was comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from outside. The only minor inconvenienct was the room size - it was really small, we couldn't put our suitcase anywhere as we struggled to walk around. Apart from that it was a great stay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very nice hotel, up to date, but with small lapses: poor finish in the shower, and canned olives in the buffet, realy not up to the general standard otherwide. Neighbourhood looks a bit run down, but turns out to be fine, with a few nice bars and a curious folksy local restaurant with very tasty Romanian fare.
I'm a frequent guest at this hotel. I have been staying here about twice or three times a year, for the last 5-6 years. Throughout that time, there were slumps (think: pandemic) and booms in occupancy. Regardless of the cycle, the service has always been flawless. I'm deeply grateful to all the staff--some of whom I've now known for years--for their kind attention to their guests' needs. Thank you!
My wife and I (from New York City) were pleasantly surprised by Le Boutique Moxa (Not to be confused with the Marriott branded Moxy Hotels). Our room had a cute terrace and it was spacious - far more spacious ironically than the room we had at The Moxy Hotel financial district in NYC.
The hotel is steps away from Calea Victoriei, which has tons of cafés, shopping, tourist attractions like The Atheneu & art museum. At night, we walked 10 minutes a trendy spot called Mița Biciclișta for some drinks.
Staff was incredibly friendly, very strong English comprehension (Alex and Bogdan were super helpful to us). The gym is tiny, but adequate.
Perfect if, like me, you like to be both in the heart of the city and also enjoy your moments of quiet and peace away from the bustle and hustle of the capital! There are so many things to love about Moxa, and I've written about them over the years. First and foremost for me are the staff, who put so much heart and attention to detail into making your stay as comfortable as possible. (Thank you again!) And my list of things to love about Moxa goes on: impeccable service, comfortable rooms with Art Deco flair, spotless premises, all within walking distance to cultural landmarks, cafes and restaurants, and subway stations (Romana and Piata Victoriei). The "boutique" in the name is apt and well deserved! I highly recommend.
