Room clean but very hot. We thought the air conditioning wasn't working, but apparently had been turned off, even though temperatures were in the 20s. Staff were very helpful and provided a fantastic which helped.

Apart from one unnecessarily rude and dismissive male member of staff at the front desk the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely. Room was very comfortable too. The adjoining room had very loud screeching female guests - adjoining rooms are not sound proof! Apart from that, good food, pleasant rooms and decent stay.
