Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
La camera non era quella prenotata e non hanno mai fatto pulizia un 11 giorni. Il ristorante dove era organizzato il buffet per la colazione precedentemente pagata, è rimasto chiuso 5 giorni su 10 e nonostante il manager mi avesse chiesto le coordinate per un rimborso, questo non è mai arrivato e si sono sempre negato sia alle varie mail, sia al telefono. Tutto questo è indecente per un 4 stelle che dovrebbe garantire competenza e professionalità. Sconsigliatissimo!
