The overall experience with the hotel about the cleanliness and customer service was good. I stayed really up high above the 9th floor, and I was still able to hear the echo of the loud music from the bars downstairs surrounding the hotel. For the price I paid I would have expect a great relaxation time at night. Extremely loud, I was not able to sleep or relax. Great place if you don't mind the noise.
