I HAVE STAYED ON ABOUT 5 OCCASIONS IN THIS HOTEL, I HAD NO COMPLAINT, BUT THIS TIME, THEY TREATED ME VERY BADLY, THEY DID NOT HELP ME CHECK INN EVEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE 3 PM, THEY DON'T LET ME SEAT IN A RESTAURANT WITHOUT CONSUME, NO THEY HAVE COFFEE OR WATER, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY INDIFFERENT AND DO NOT HELP, MY TRIP WAS EMERGENCY FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT HELPING ME REGISTER OR LET ME HAVE LUNCH, ONCE I ENTER THE ROOM, THE BATHROOM SHOWER WAS LEAKING AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT , AND DESPITE ALL THIS AND TALKING TO THE MANAGER, HE SIMPLY EXCUSED AND APOLOGIZED BUT HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. TERRIBLE ATTENTION. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL.
