「Vimos agradecer ao pessoal da Granja que nos prestou grande ajuda por reativar o carro alugado que, por minha negligência, deixou a bactéria descarregada por ter o motor ligado durante a noite. Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. Parabéns à Dona da Granja por ter uma equipa que demonstra um atendimento excepcional, sempre com um sorriso e muita cordialidade....

「We received a very warm welcome from the owners, even though we arrived later than planned. We were able to enjoy a toasted sandwich in the peaceful garden. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are decorated with great care, maintaining the old style yet offering all the modern conveniences. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh rolls, homemade jam, and lemonade. A place to return to!」

「Not at all as Expedia advertised. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2.5 to 3. Room chosen was to have a deep soaking tub but instead had a cheap shower with a base that flexed when you stepped in. Low class decor. Restaurant staff were very good. Would not stay here again」

「Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit.
Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty.
The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra.

「Un excellent rapport qualifié/prix. Nous avons même décidé d'y rester une nuit additionnelle. Le seul problème est la localisation sur le site Expedia qui est erronée et cela nous a occasionné un perte de temps d'au moins 1 1/2 heures - nous avons dû communiquer avec l'hébergement qui nous ont fait parvenir le bon lien par internet. L'hébergement est dans les faits à proximité de Tondela, dans la ville de Tonda. Nous recommandons l'endroit sans réserve mais assurez-vous d'avoir la bonne adresse....

「Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety.
Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. 」
