「Excellent experience. We visited during a popular time so the general manager reached out via email to notify that they would be charging one night’s rate to the card on file. Check-in was smooth, I called prior to notify that we would be arriving around 1am. Everything in the suite was clean and the furniture was in good condition. Mattress was very comfortable. 」

「Very helpful staff, comfortable bed and modern design. Convenient to the Amtrak station and St Mary’s. Surprisingly, The room did not have an iron, just a steamer. I needed to iron my clothes for a formal event but made do with the steam thing. 」

「Everything about the hotel and stay were great except for the hot food order. The cook was nice but it took forever and unexpected ingredients were added to make up for things they were out of without asking. But the ingredients seemed to be of decent quality. 」

「I liked having several restaurants within walking distance. Also we could walk to the convention center. We weren’t there to shop so I don’t know what that would be like. The beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice and helpful. One thing I would have preferred a bathroom door that locked and blocked light. 」
