「Lodge has a nice historic vibe in the exterior and lobby. We had a nice room suite, with two full bathrooms, great when traveling with 2 adults and 3 kids. Kinda bland in the decor, bed was just ok, not evey comfortable. Had to request sheets for the pullout. Pillows were scarce. Staff was friendly and helpful. The park has so many hiking trails and the falls are beautiful. A few areas of concern: With hot water on full and no cold, shower was just hot enough, so whatever. No elevator, which...

「We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. 」

「This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. 」

「Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.」

「My elderly mother who was traveling alone fell down and break her elbow in this hotel. The staff literally kept her alive until I could come to TN. They sent her to the hospital in an ambulance, they got her a wheelchair and cane, they helped her get around her room, and they fed her every day. And, then one visited her in the hospital! I cannot say enough about what kind and generous people the staff here is. 」
