酒店房內的設施不像是一間4星級酒店,跟三星差不多。日間前台的職員樂於助人,值得一讚!但晚上的男職員態度不好。地點位於廣場與南站之間,尚算方便。

Nice and good location
Very clean and tidy with a bigger room and bed than normal tiny room in Europe. Location is also good as it is close to both Brussels Central and South train station, which is very convenient especially when you need to travel to another nearby countries.

酒店離火車站要步十多分鐘路程,不太遠,走不遠就是景點,酒店設計新穎,房間非常整潔舒適,浴室大,有暖爐,可惜水壓較少,蓮蓬頭出水較慢,對面有小型超級市場,周邊也有餐廳,非常舒適的酒店,值得推薦

This was my 3rd stay at The Augustin, staff always friendly and polite. The only issues we had this time was the fridge was not working and the shower hose leaked and would wet the bathroom a considerable amount. Was reported to reception who arranged for maintenence to sort it out. Breakfast buffet is between 7am-10am at €15 per adult.children under 12 free. I would advise not going late as the don't restock the hot food near closing time. Overall breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is really good about 10-minute walk from Eurostar and 10-15 to the centre depending how far you want to go. If I come back to Brussels I would definitely stay again.

Just 15 minutes walk from the Zuid station and 10 minutes walk from Mannekin Pis the location is very convenient. It has tall and spacious rooms. Only downside is that the restaurant doesn’t serve lunch or dinner.

Instalaciones muy antiguas, limpieza muy mejorable, desayuno escaso y poca variedad. Lo recomiendan para familias pero la cuna es inutilizable, y no hay ni una rampa para subir las escaleras de la entrada con un carro, y no son pocos escalones. Lo único bueno, la localización, cerca del centro y con la estación cerca, pero el barrio no parece muy seguro por la noche. Sin duda, no es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas, y menos por el precio que tiene.

Extérieur élégant mais chambre vraiment quelconque. Meubles et décoration défraîchis. Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Literie agréable. Salle de bain à refaire. Serviettes pas agréables. Accueil poli et personnel sympa. Je vais plus dans l’hypercentre d’habitude mais là grande place est à 8 10 minutes à pieds.

It's a nice, cosy little hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the surroundings could have been better. The security could have been improved. It felt like anyone could just walk in. The lifts can be accessed without a key card as does the rest of the hotel facilities.

Nice hotel, shame about our room
The hotel is well located and looks good in the common areas. Unfortunately we were given a poor room on the top floor that had reduced headroom for about 1/3 of the space. The bathroom was particularly uncomfortable. When we checked in, we were told that someone had already been checked in under our name and the implication was that we were lucky to get a room at all. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Overall we were disappointed.

There is no parking available, was suggested to park at metered parking outside of the hotel. Car was broken into. Manager was more interested in deflecting blame than doing anything to help us deal with the situation. Left a really bad impression.

"The property falls short of the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The air conditioner was malfunctioning, making our room uncomfortably warm at 29 degrees Celsius. Shockingly, we discovered that the AC had been in disrepair since July, and even in early September, it remained unresolved.Additionally, the lack of a ramp at the entrance meant we had to lug our heavy luggage upstairs to reach the reception desk. Unfortunately, there was no assistance from the staff with our bags. The absence of a restaurant was disappointing, as they only served breakfast in the morning.In light of these serious issues, it's evident that this hotel does not live up to its claimed 4-star status."Feel free to let me know if you'd like any further adjustments or if there's anything else you'd like to include.

Most of the rooms have broken airconditioning units. People are polite but can’t help. No water on the room - I asked and they served a bottle for free.

Nice Brussels hotel
Lovely hotel located within walking distance of central train station, many restaurant choices and most attractions. Very spacious but basic hotel room. Loved the extra large soaker bath tub! The location is on the edge of a less desirable neighborhood; however, I never felt unsafe.
