The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Sarah who did our initial check in, passport checks etc. and explained all the usual information guests require when staying in a new city/town. Our room was clean and bright and overlooked the garden area. Some websites are describing this hotel as having city views. This is not the case, there are no rooms with city views at this hotel. Tea and coffee making facility would be a a welcome bonus, especially after a days travelling.

The property is a modern hotel with all the creature comforts of home. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were well lit and the location was close to the midi train station and the centre of town. The hotel service staff were very helpful.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sauber. Vorteilhaft ist auch die geräumige Tiefgarage. Für meine Belange war die Lage auch akzeptabel, das die Metrolonie 6, die zum Fussballstadion von Brüssel führt, keine zehn Minuten zu Fuss entfernt liegt. Allerdings ist der Stadtteil Anderlecht sonst sehr heruntergekommen und schmutzig.

So this hotel is in a very rough neighborhood. I’m a single guy who works out, but even I felt a bit unsafe there. The rooms are decent, but they don’t have tea kettles. The wi-fi wasn’t good. On the plus side, the breakfast in the morning was SUPERB.

The hotel is new and has a very nice vibe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well decorated in a simple modern fashion. The location is close to the Centre, about 15 min walk to the Grand-Place. But the area around the hotel is not the best, especially the metro station “Clemenceau”. There is no aircondition but this is very common in Brussels, instead there was a standing fan and it was good. The bathroom is nice with good water pressure and hot water. There room was quite and the windows were insulating any noise.

De buurt doet niet vermoeden dat er zo’n prima, net hotel te vinden is… ons bezoek was te kort om echt een goede indruk te krijgen. Enige minpunt die wij ervaren hebben, was dat het ondanks de ventilator op de kamer, het toch erg warm op de kamer was.

This was a very sterile place, pretty bare bones. The bed was comfortable, towels, linens and toiletries OK, but no decor, just worn black furniture crammed in room. I felt safe but didn't walk around. Took a cab to the hotel as it was late. Breakfast rather expensive. There was a nice Arab run bakery across the street. Far better choice to get a coffee and croissant.

Great hotel close to city
We stayed here for 1 night as we were going to an Andolecht match. We received a nice welcome from the staff and were given all the info we needed to get to the stadium. Our room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The bar area was very relaxed and the prices were reasonable. We had a car but parked in one of the transition park and ride areas and got the metro to avoid the clean air zone and driving into the city. We were glad we did as the metro was a 10 minute walk away and the area looked busy to drive in. The bus stop for the stadium is a 2 minute walk away and to walk into the city is around 10 minutes so this hotel is in a great location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out which made it easier to explore the city. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants and takeaways. Would definitely stay here again, couldn't fault it at all
