Terrible Experience

It is a very very dirty hotel. Lots of bed bugs come out at night & bit you seriously. If you stay in this hotel, you may have the risk of go to hospital. Do not stay in this hotel!!

木蝨之夜

本人入住第一間客房一晚之後, 第二天一對手有給昆蟲咬的紅點, 而且很痕癢, 到下午, 一雙腳都很痕癢, 到晚上發現一對腳都出現給昆蟲咬的紅點. 第二晚, 因為一對手一對腳都超痕癢(這時紅點已經腫了起來), 所以睡不到. 然後拿手提電話出來照, 發現有很多昆蟲在床上. 本人立即開燈, 然後到樓下前台要求換房, 當值人員只是不停問我為什麼第一晚之後不換房. 到我把我手臂及小腿上的紅點給當值人員看, 並不停要求換房, 當值人員才給我們換房. 但晚上已經嚇到不能關燈睡覺. 到了之後那天日早上, 我要求酒店幫忙找醫生, 但當值人員竟然說我手腳上的紅點是"small thing" 不用看醫生. 在我堅持下, 當值人員才告訴我可以幫忙找醫生, 但要等另外一人上班才能幫我約醫生. 我在酒店大堂等了又等, 由九時多等到十二時多, 都不見另外一人上班, 所以我便去了遊客中心找幫忙, 遊客中心當值人員一見我手上腫了起來的紅點, 她已經叫我去醫院看急診, 不用約醫生. 她還告訴我最近醫院及藥房的地址.

Horrible Stay

Stay away from room 55. otherwise, you will be got serious bed bugs' bit. Both our legs & arms full of bug bits (got over hundreds of bits), hotel staff not helpful & unwilling to help us to find a doctor. We can only got help from tourist information center and go to hospital for emergency.

位置很靠近尿尿小童，附近有點亂，房間不大硬是放了張大床，走路要貼著牆&床之間的小通道，有床蟲，bed bugs，當晚就跟櫃台說了，但沒房間可換，忍受著住了一晚。隔天換了個大許多的房間；但被床蟲嚇了一晚已經無感，住了預訂的兩天就換旅館了。

Bad experience

The elevator didn't work well. I climbed to 6 floor several times in 2 days. The first night was totally nightmare. Be bite by bed bugs in a crowded room. I asked reception if I could change to another room. I even caught a bed bug to reception show it. But they were all full that night. So I had spent one night in that room. Then I worried whole night be bite or bugs sneak in my luggage. Then the next day they gave me a better room. Which is bigger than the first one. The first one only got a big bed almost full of whole room. Its hard to move around. Even they gave a better room is hard to earse the memory of nightmare. And 2 days later the bed bugs in my luggage remind me again......

Only of you are ok with camping !

We were not expecting much since the price, but there was a water leak in the coridor...like litteral water pooring down! and no ventilation in the bathroom so you could see humidity damage... the bed's" mattress " was just foam and completely flattened on one half of the bed. I personaly camp often so just having a shower felt like enough and i was ok, but my friend thought it was unacceptable and would have paid more for a proper bed. So yeah, know it is a bit schetchy but hey, if you can sleep anywhere, it does the job for cheap

Disappointing and old

It was a disappointing stay, from the arrival (quite a rude person behind the checkin) to the room and the facilities. Everything is old, the beds are really bad, it feels like nothing has been done to the hotel in 25 years. The lights were not working or empty, except a very small light. The heater is not running all the time, so it was very cold in the night. The only good thing about the hotel is the shower, warm and powerful. We will definitely never go here again, and everyone else better stay away

Om man inte behöver lyx och flärd men bra pris fungerar detta hotell alldeles utmärkt. Inga stora renoveringar märks av men allt funkar som det ska, den charmiga gul/grå/bruna färgen och gardiner sen -72 med kaklat golv känns genuint och sängen fast och skön, fanns varma plädar i skåpet för ruggiga höstdagar. Läget är perfekt centralt med nära till restauranger och tåget.

La chambre single ne correspond pas au descriptif sur le site qui concerne les chambres doubles. 9m² au lieu de 15, fenêtre sur cour étriquée très sombre, lumière obligatoire même en journée. Sentiment de claustrophobie dès la première nuit. J'ai préféré changé de chambre en payant le complément pour avoir quelque chose de décent.

The overall impression was okay and the stuff helpful and friendly, however, there was an extremely intense and awful smell from the bathroom/shower. With windows closed it was hard to stand.

Ideal location in Brussels!

Amazing location with such ease to get anywhere in Brussels! We were thrilled to find the hotel knowing how close it was to all the sights. The room itself was ok - bathroom had a gross smell and was dirty, but the bedroom area was fine. Wifi worked well most of the time but would drop in and out. Front desk staff were great and check in was the fastest we've ever experienced!
