Staff friendly and helpful on arrival, for a budget hotel was clean and tidy, some decor is a bit tired in the public areas however the room was clean and presentable, with clean sheets and quilt,room cleaned for second nights stay. Would stay here again when visiting area The included breakfast buffet was good with good selection of items to have, including scrambled eggs, frankfurters and beans, selection of fresh breads and meat and cheese. Thanks for the stay

Excelente relación calidad precio.Limpio.Desayuno abundante. Muy buena ubicación. Amabilidad en recepción. Instalaciones podrían mejorarse pero habitación confortable.

Easy to walk to everywhere

We really enjoyed staying here as the staff were very friendly and the hotel was located quite close to Midi/Zuid Station and 10/20 minutes walk to the centre of Brussels (depending on speed and distractions). In this time you would pass several public transport points for bus, tram and metro. This is a medium-range hotel and, as such, good value. We had a relatively small room but a well equipped bathroom, and a good choice of food at breakfast.

Boa relação qualidade- preço

Quarto asseado. Como era quarto duplo com wc privado, o hotel disponibilizou toalhas, que trocou a cada dois dias. Pequeno almoço bom. Internet wifi disponível em todo o hotel, mas por avaria, nao ficou disponivel nos ultimos dois dias. Paragem de autocarros para o centro e para a Gare do Midi a poucos metros do hotel. Não é luxuoso, mas a relação qualidade preço é bastante aceitável. Talvez o único problema seja não terem respondido aos emails com duvidas, antes da estadia.

Hotel well located

Check in straightforward. Hotel well located being within 15 min walk of Eurostar Terminal and City Centre (Grand Place). Quiet, clean room and great breakfast but room could do with a minor makeover.

Hôtel très sympa pour ceux qui aiment les vieux objets et chiner au marché aux puces... le seul point faible une salle de bain toute plastique un peu vieillotte et très étroite. 3 chaines à la télé mais on n'est pas venue pour la regarder petit déj et services top je recommande A 15 mn en marchant bien de la grand place dans un quartier sympa la vue sur la place est mieux que que la vie sur cour...

Camera piccola ma confortevole.

Sono tornato al Galia per la terza o quarta volta. Le camere sono piccole e alcune hanno un bagno minuscolo. Per pochi giorni va bene. La stanza è bella calda e i letti comodi. Peccato che il wifi praticamente non funzioni mai.

Hôtel chaleureux près du centre historique

L'hôtel est très charmant et le personnel très sympathique. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très varié. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons dormi était un peu petite ( lit double un peu étroit) mais propre et confortable. L'hôtel se trouve à 15 min à pied des principaux centres d'intérêts de Bruxelles. Il se trouve dans un quartier très agréable. Je le recommande !

BEDBUGS! Dirty! Negligent & Abusive Management!

I stayed in room #31 on February 9th, 2018. I was only in the room for a couple hours and couldn’t sleep because I felt things crawling on my skin and my arms started to itch. I turned on the light to find my bed crawling with bedbugs filled with my blood! I squished a few (photo below) and brought them downstairs to management at 1:30am. The guy on duty wouldn’t even give me a refund on the spot, so I ended up finding another hotel in the middle of the freezing night. Reading old reviews shows Hotel Galia has had bedbugs for months while giving guests the same horrible service. This hotel should be condemned, its owners should be arrested for fraud and abuse of guests, and I advise Hotels.com to remove Hotel Galia from your platform. I would also like a full refund through Hotels.com, since Hotel Galia still hasn't given me my money back for the night I didn't stay there!

Uitstekend hotel voor 2 sterren

Vriendelijke staf bij inchecken, wat ook snel verliep. Kamer sober ingericht, maar met alle noodzakelijke aspecten (bed, badkamer, bureau). Gratis WiFi functioneerde naar behoren. Ontbijfbuffet met voldoende keuze. Al met al een goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Hotel bien situado para amigos y parejas

El hotel esta situado en una zona tranquila y cerca de la Gran Place, a 15 minutos andando. Es facil llegar con el tren desde el aeropuerto. El servicio agradable. La zona del comedor era muy acogedora y el desayuno estaba bueno. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Cerca de restaurantes. Lo único malo es que no había secador para el pelo y que no nos pusieron más toallas limpias, se llevaron las sucias y quedaron un par que no utilizamos. Lo recomendaría para ir con pareja o con amigos.
