We loved having the spa/sauna/whirlpool with robes and slippers. Complimentary beverage (alcohol or non/alcohol) was a nice touch. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious! Lots of choice for being gluten free and vegetarian. Loved the soft boiled egg option!

We visited the hotel in the height of heatwave and the spacious air conditioned room, the pool, honesty bar and snacks, and breakfast facilities were so welcome and made our stay superb. The reception staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the local restaurants and bars without walking too far each evening. I’d definitely recommend this Hotel

There was an issue between the hotel and Expedia the night before our stay regarding pre-authorization of my card on file. The hotel manager reached out to me personally, when Expedia didn’t, to make sure the issue was resolved and the booking wasn’t cancelled. That’s above and beyond, particularly when Expedia takes 15% of every booking for a hotel. This is a fantastic hotel. Highly recommended.

Delightful stay - great customer service, location, amenities and rooms. We visited when it was almost 100 degrees! The air conditioning and pool were great ways to cool off. This hotel is on a quiet corner, so it’s very peaceful during the night even when the World Cup was playing. Within walking distance to all the museums, monuments, parks, architecture, restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again when we’re passing through Brussels. Shoutout to employees Gabriel and Gianluca for being so friendly and helpful. Budget breakfast was very filling. Great place for families. And convenient from the airport.
