「Good location. The property is under construction/renovations. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast」

「TV didn't work neither did the fridge.」

「Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.」

「Very clean rooms with pleasant staff stayed 2 nights due to weather. Affordable with quick access to shopping.」

「Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.」

「The rooms were large and spacious. Well appointed and very clean. Great set up in a fun location with the market vibe on the ground level. Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues. I’d definitely stay again.」

「Good for short-term stay, don't waste your time long term」

「Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.」

「Everything was good here. I thought i rented a ground level room.and was put on the 3rd floor but made it work.」

「Clean room, great breakfast. Opened up early so those of us running in the Faro Marathon could eat. Even provided water. Easy parking with quick access to the highway, mall, and lots of places to eat. Stay here every year.」

「The room was very spacious and quiet. The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. The pull- out sofa did not function properly. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating.」

「The property was very clean. Our room had a trundle couch which was especially helpful since we were a group of 5. Breakfast was definitely one of the better continental breakfasts I have had, as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.」
