"Very clean, helpful staff, however food was lacking, several mornings the chai seed coconut pudding was not replenished in a timely manner, also the hotel advertised Honolulu Hawaiian hot dogs but when I went to order I was told they are discontinued, I was given an overpriced theme park hot dog equivalent to a 7-11 big bite. Had the food been better I would have rated excellent instead of good"

"The hotel decided that I should pay 15USD to park my car, took my card for it and they have taken 75USD from it. Check in took best part of an hour hour due to system being down. No wifi, apparently you have to download an app to be a member. Cant be done without wifi. So impossib So far have paid twice for a room at a very tired hotel. Shall take this up with my card provider on my return home "

"I experienced multiple issues during my stay. The initial room I was assigned did not cool down even after setting the temperature to 60°F. I reported the issue and was told it would be fixed the following day; however, by the afternoon of the next day, it had still not been resolved. I was then moved to another room, which unfortunately did not have hot water. Additionally, around 5:00 a.m., the smoke alarm went off loudly and would not turn off. I was relocated once more, this time to a suite, where I encountered small cockroaches on occasion."

"Our room was neat and well supplied with towels. There were several options for charging your iPad or phone via USB – A outlets. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety."
