Look at the Google reviews before booking, god knows how the rating on here is so high. The room was dirty, has exposed electric wires, and has bed bugs. This is not a safe place to stay. The people running the place fobbed us off, conveniently no one there was actually in charge. Extremely poor and this place should be removed from Expedia

You can tell this once was a very nice hotel. It has a lot of nice details in the room. Like a beautiful bathtub and the bathroom sinks. There are to many closest and cabinets. There are so many strange holes here and there. It seems impossible to clean because of the strangeness. The sofas are disgusting. They have cheap blankets laid over them. The decorating is terrible. There are fur table cloths. There are insects. There was nothing wrong with the beds and we did not get any bites. There was a nice terrace but needed some cleaning. With minimal efforts and costs of somebody with cleaning and decor abilities the room could easily get muuuch better. The staff were friendly.

Gorgeous historic building on main square. Oozed charm. In house restaurant and outdoor dining was great - awesome Belgian waffles and beef stew! Staff and owner’s son were delightful and friendly.

Kunglig våning med mycket utrymme

En överraskande stor våning väntade oss. Vi blev glatt förvånade. Rustikt möblerat, litet kök med porslin, kylskåp, spis, kaffe mm. Fräscht badrum. Lite långsam nerrinning av vatten i handfatet, dock. Lite sliten våning, men charmig. Vi fick tre separata sovrum till familjen. Mycket ljud från torget utanför (om man hade fönstren öppna), men en del av upplevelsen också.

OK, yes are some pretty dodgy reviews of this place and it’s certainly not the last word in luxury. But……. we’d booked the cheapest room (very reasonably priced) but ended up in ‘room’ 4, which it turns out is a huge duplex apartment on the top floor with kitchen, two bedrooms, roll top bath and a rooftop terrace. The B&B is right in the centre of the city. It’s clean, everything works it’s got bags of character.

THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING, despite what the hotel's website says. You must park in a public parking garage and walk in. Large rooms located above a cafe right over the town square. It's not quiet, given the location, but it is convenient.

Great location but outdated and dirty

On arrival the staff were not very helpful, bed sheets were dirty and found hairs in the fridge. The phone didn't work and no air conditioning. The furnishings inside broken , old and in poor condition. Rates more like a 1 to 2 star hotel and will not be going back.

Nice big room/apt

Very large room/3BR apt, more than I needed but comfortable and well furnished. A bit loud being off the market square in the morning, and lights in windows run all night so hard to keep out the lights with curtains.

La camera non era nemmeno una camera ma palesemente un appartamento di qualcuno lasciato libero all’ultimo per noi. Sporco in modo inaccettabile, sono stata letteralmente divorata dagli insetti tutta la notte. Unica menzione per un poveretto che è stato reclutato per rendere la stanza decente all’ultimo e ci ha messo tutto quello che poteva. Il resto AGGHIACCIANTE
