BED BUGS!! Avoid this hotel.‼️‼️‼️ Unfortunately, I didn’t see the Google/expedia reviews until the very last minute. We arrived, and within 15 minutes, we found bed bugs on the bed. We immediately told the staff and showed them the bug, but they acted as though they had never heard of this problem before. They contacted the manager and offered to move us to another room, assuring us that the new room did not have bed bugs. Since it was already very late and we couldn’t find another place to stay, we had no choice but to remain at the hotel. After what we had seen, we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed at all. We ended up staying awake the entire night, sitting at the table and on the sofa trying to stay away from the bed and the bugs. It was an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience, especially knowing from other recent reviews that we were apparently not the first guests to encounter this issue. I would absolutely not recommend staying here and Expedia should remove this place! The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were friendly and tried to help us with the situation.

Pretty run down apartment above a restaurant. Listings are a bit misleading. It is not a hotel. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. But be aware, its NOT a hotel.

Spacious apartment on the third floor overlooking Markt Square. A perfect place from which to enjoy the historic city of Brugge (Bruges) and its Christmas markets. Unlike many buildings of this age, a small, modern elevator made access relatively easy for us. The apartment was quite well insulated from exterior sound and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was a palace! I had a two bedroom, two story apartment with a kitchen, living room, huge bathroom and outdoor deck with a view of the Belfry and the Church of Our Lady. From the front I had an amazing view of the Market Square. I was in room #4 and the elevator only went to 3, but staff was happy to assist in bringing my suitcase up the stairs for me. I really couldn't imagine a better hotel and location!
