The apartment was PERFECT for our stay. We were welcomed so warmly by staff and felt at home straight away. Great facilities and right where we needed to be to explored the beautiful city of Bruges. We will be back 😁

I travelled with my teenage daughter and we loved our little attic studio, it was clean and warm and had everything we needed, besides being quirky and cute. The area was excellent too, quiet but close to shops and cafés. I would definitely recommend Hotel Leopold's studios to anyone who doesn't struggle with stairs

There was a slight miscommunication at first but that was easily handled by the gentleman at the front desk. Very nice stay and would recommend staying and also recommend breakfast!

Careful when booking (which may be my fault) this is not a hotel it is a hostel and you are renting a tiny bedroom with a bed or bunkbeds in it, bathrooms, showers and anything else is community. Not ideal for families but great value if you’re not traveling with kids. Great beer at the hostels bar and overall a nice place.

Pleasure trip to Brugge

Great location in hostoric center of Brugge. All you need for a weekend. For people that need to have breakfast in the hotel however it's not the right place.

I found hotel is not advertised enough but hidden in back street and reception is in another hotel which took me ages to find but everything else was great except the stairs you have to be a mountaineer to climb those stairs to your room but overall i will be using hotel again as it was great

It's a good hotel, although it's part of Hostel Lybeer so that was confusing for checking in. Although you do get access to the hostel's facilities (kitchen, bar etc.). If I were to stay again I'd probably stay in the hostel because it looked fun and cheap! Also, be warned the stairs are steep - as are any in Bruges!

Hotel double charged and refused to refund

Although already pre-paid to Hotels.com at the time of booking using reward nights. I was charged the full amount at check in. After 3 weeks this was finally resolved by my reward nights being re-credited. The Hotel refused to refund the money paid at check in. I therefore had to pay for my stay in cash rather than use my reward nights. Hotels.com helped as much as they could but were unable to get a refund from the hotel. I only booked this hotel as I could use reward nights but was ripped off by them at check in.

Mauvais rapport qualité / prix

Chambre de jolie taille dans le centre de Bruges. Pas d'accueil sur place : aucune information sur le fait qu'il faut s'enregistrer dans un autre établissement à une autre adresse... La télévision ne fonctionne pas. Pas d'eau chaude au lavabo. Équipements minimalistes (pas de gobelet dans la salle de bains). Chambre pas faite entre les 2 nuits : du coup, pas de dose de gel douche pour le 2ème jour ! Pour une chambre qualifiée de "DeLuxe", le service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur !!

Onveilig trappenhuis, waar vanalles op de trappen stond. ERG luidruchtig, door een verbouwing die niet gemeld was. Inchecken was op een andere locatie! Zeer klein! Wel perfect ontbijt!
