Excellent location, large 2 bedroom and one full bathroom split into a shower/ bathroom and a separate wc/toilet. Kitchen is great. The hotel check in is nearby and the front counter team was excellent.

Très bel appartement et confort +++ Petit bémol, pas assez isolé. On a eu du mal à dormir car les voisins (plusieurs) d’en haut étaient sur leur balcon toute la nuit et parler fort. À prendre en compe

Fantastic spacious apartment, plenty of room for our family of 6. Great location, very central and walking distance from all tourist attractions. My only negative is that when we arrived the place had a very strong smell of bleach that gives me a headache. I needed to open all th3 windows and leave for an hour or so to let it air, after that it was fine. I havent deducted any stars as this is personal and some people would actually like this. Would stay again.

The location could not be better and noise within the apartment was minimal. We were able to reach many sites, restaurants, and our planned excursions on foot. The apartment was modern, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon sunshine. We had a minor issue with the television on check-in, which the staff corrected very quickly.

The problem in summer is that the apt has no air conditioner. That should be specified in the description. Also the checkin process is at a different address.

Un excellent choix

Cet appartement était parfait, d’une très bonne dimension avec sa terrasse et à proximité des attractions touristiques. Le service de l’hôtel Dukes à proximité était sans reproche avec des gens avenant.. nous le recommandons

Great place to stay for a family! Very helpful, good communication. Lovely apartment very close to market square in Bruges. Only negative is no AC and it was hot august days (and unfortunately mosquitoes and bites if you leave windows open)

new renovation with neutral design, new high quality furniture, everything you need, excellent location, real hotel lobby nearby with very professional staff. Everything was perfect although we did get mosquitoes when we opened the bedroom window (so keep it closed and use a fan!)

It is a great property, clean safe and close to the square and some really great shopping and dining. The only issue is apparently the top floors don’t have air conditioning, and it was sweltering in the apartment.

Spacious option close to everything

Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights.

Good alternative to a hotel room

Large, modern hotel apartment with a small roof terrace and elevator. Only 100 meters to the town square which has a bell tower playing little tunes every 15 minutes during the day (not night). Quit, however streets below has copplestones and a little traffic, which can be heard from the terrace, but not much from inside the appartment. Very comfortable main bed, but a bit thin mattress for grown-ups on the fold-out sofabed (that’s usually how they are). We made some meals in the kitchen; a good alternative to eating out, which is a bit pricy.
