Good location

Enjoyed the stay overall, 2 glitches were that our rooms weren't ready at 3pm as the cleaner had only just arrived, so there was a delay - irksome, and constructive criticism would be that they enlarge the dining room and reduce the unused lounge area. Big demand on tables during breakfast was hectic. Easy access to central Bruge, buses, banks restaurants. Staff friendly.

Rent och modernt. Litet rum men inget problem. Väldigt lätt att komma till med bil och ok förbindelse till staden med hotellets taxi service. Prisvärt.

We've got a car so the availability of parking is our main priority and so the Brugotel was what we were after.... The room and hotel were good, the hallway to the room was tired but that's it... No internet available in the room but it was free and fine in the bar.... Easy 20 minute walk into the city so that was good....And found a do it yourself laundromat near by which was also a winner

Excellent location in need of a little decoration

The location of Brugotel is fantastic for the motoring holiday maker. Just over an hour from Calais and not far from the motorway, this hotel was very easy to get to and well placed. A special discount rate on return taxis are available from reception at €8 each way, which is the same as 4 people on a bus! Excellent value! The hotel staff were very accommodating, polite and professional. The rooms were clean but I would say our bathroom was well overdue a refit with broken bathroom tiles and a bath suite that had seen far better days. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

insonorisation et couchage.

avoir l'impression de partager votre chambre avec les voisins n'a rien d'agrèable.je pense que la construction de l'hotel doit dater et que les normes n'etaient pas les mêmes que maintenant.Moquettes dans les couloirs à changer très mauvais ètat.Sommier du lit et matelas à changer.

Discreto ma costo eccessivo

Hotel un po fuori mano ma ben collegato con un autobus diurno il25 e uno notturno il 90. La mancanza del wifi nelle camere per 94€ a notte senza colazione è una grave pecca. Personale parla italiano e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Se non fosse per il prezzo eccessivamente alto sarebbe una buona soluzione.

Preis/Leistung für ein Hotel in Brügge normal

Das Hotel macht einen recht ordentlichen Eindruck, allerdings zeigt sich bei genauerem Hinsehen, dass hier eine gründliche Renovierung der Zimmer und des Bades nötig wäre. Frühstück ist ok, allerdings ist der Preis sofern extra gebucht happig. Der Standardpreis für das Zimmer ist überzogen, allerdings gibt es günsterere Angebote im Netz.

Not bad, not amazing

The public bits are all lovely. The breakfast was very good. The check in was all very smooth. The parking was free. The room was disappointing. Very small, once nicely decorated but now with chipped paint, scratched walls and dingy bathroom which needed de-moulding. Pillows not great. But hey, if you're not spending a long time there, it did the job. The lady working in the breakfast room looked very miserable to be there, but perhaps she was just having a bad morning. The chaps on reception were courteous, helpful and polite. The location was good if you're driving, but quite far from the centre - good for walking off all the chocolate! All in all, it was fine, but not very special or friendly, which is a shame because it had the potential to be very nice indeed.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of city

Generally clean, with all amenities needed. About 30 min walk to city. Breakfast.is expensive for cold.buffet. No other meals offered. Bed is comfy giving a good night's sleep. I would stay again tho

Hotel loin du coeur de Bruges, sans ame

Espérant trouver un hotel peu cher, sans être trop loin du centre, notre choix s'est porté sur cet hotel. Avis décousu sur le séjour en question : - Hotel mal desservi en bus (service s'arrêtant aux alentours de 20h15 - Une seule ligne de bus à proximité) - Chambre glaciale - Joints de douche noiratres - Pas de seche cheveux - Une savonnette minimaliste En bref, alternative peu convaincante

Basic, but comfortable

Easy to find using Sat Nav, rooms very basic, but clean and comfy, bar prices expensive and breakfast was very good value for money. Being English had no trouble being understood, could do with evening food, but good food outlets only a short walk from hotel.

Really easy to find by road and a quick drive from Calais. Good base for exploring the city on foot (c. 20mins to the edge of the old town), or driving to battlefields.

Great.... But!

The hotel was great and the room was comfortable however me and my partner were resting in our room when we heard the door open the receptionist that had booked us in has then rebooked the room for someone else and he walked in. We were lucky we were in if not then what a terrible way to start the holiday with something like that!!

niet op loopafstand zoals op e site vermeld...

Het hotel is prima, goed bereikbaar met de auto. Op de website staat vermeld dat het hotel op loopafstand van het centrum ligt. Een half uur lopen vind ik niet echt loopafstand. Wel zit er dichtbij openbaar vervoer dat je voor 2 euro naar het centrum brengt.. We hebben een fiets gehuurd en dan was het ook prima te doen. Een rustig hotel dat modern oogt maar de hallen kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken...

pas très cher mais manque d entretien

Extérieur et hall d'entrée classes, mais dès qu'on passe dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres, on déchante. Moquette tachée, traces sur les murs... Et c'est pareil dans la chambre : nombreuses tâches, y compris sur le lit. Dans le même ordre de prix, mieux vaut l'ibis budget.

Great Stay at a great price

Good location especially if driving from calais. Could not be easier. Hotel can add taxi to your room at just 8 euros a trip. Nice bar and rooms are decent enough.
