"When we arrive at the property there was two dead cockroaches as soon as we open the door, we clean them up and didn’t see any after. The parking is very limit and the overflow parking is across the street where you have to walk and can’t see your car. The pool area was pack with people with large Bluetooth speakers blasting music that you may not like. The batteries were dead in the TV remotes and the fridge barely open and toilet barely flush, you had to hold the handle for about 2 minutes....

"We enjoyed our stay but there were quite a number of things wrong: 1. One chair was broken 2. When we got there, the bedroom fan was on high but we couldn't find the remote for a couple of days. We finally found it under the bed. 3. The outside light didn't work. 4. The instructions mentioned a small remote for the DVD but there was no DVD 5. The scissors were too dull to use. 6. The remote for the livingroom light didn't work."

"The host and concierge were wonderful and helpful and the place was so darn cute! The dogs loved it. Dog lovers however keep in mind that there is not a lot of green space around the apartment for them to do their business. Also, the dishwasher was broken and smelled like mold but we alerted the concierge company and I know they are on top of it. Would still love to come back as it was so comfortable and the host was so excellent."

"Friendly staff, every morning you would see the grounds staff cleaning the pools and the grounds, we seen security walking the grounds daily. Nightly you would see the grounds crew cleaning up the patio area. Housekeepers / laundry attendants always busy. Beach access easy and steps away. We visited right after Labor Day. "
