"The front desk girl Stephanie was fantastic. Even called us when we got to the room to make sure everything was OK. Room was dated but they need to do something about the smell they use in there. Very overpowering smell when u walk in. Pillow had a sunflower seed stuck to it underneath and a little bit of blood on the other pillow. Not sure if they even changed the bedding. No pool but breakfast was great"

"Only thing i will say is for long stays, they do not clean your room. If you are staying long periods, they need to clean rooms more than just when you check in. after a week,Trash piled up in rooms and no clean towels. Need it to be cleaned without a cleanign fee. the cleaning fee is always in the hotels room cost. this one is not i guess. they try getting more money for second cleaning"

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay."
