The check in process was smooth and the staff helpful. The mattress seemed updated and was comfortable. The room however was outdated. Bed cover stained, moldy calk around tub and ratty looking drywall in the bathroom.

We checked in and then we went to our room, we were approached and was asked by someone for smokes, we also found a used needle on the floor by our room door. We left and went up the road to another hotel. The front desk person was great, however we were told we wouldn’t get our money back for the room which was very disappointing.

They gave us a handicapped dirty bathroom. I asked for a room downstairs so I wouldn't have to take my son's stuff upstairs because he is artistic. They put is in that handicapped room with a chair in the shower. Wter was cold.

Well there were peoplee doing drugs in the parking lot and selling them. Roaches in the room at which the the guy at the front desk said no way umm yes dude and the room smells of cigarettes and smoke horriable even though the room was non smoking apparently people still smoke in thaem I checked in and checked right back out

Don't bother.

An absolute nightmare. The non-smoking room I booked reeked of cigarettes, had spots on the bed, dirty lampshades, a bathroom with fecal matter in the toilet and tub. I didn't even put my stuff down, I immediately went to the front desk where they refused me a refund, I slept in my car. A complete waste of money.

Property not kept up.. room smelled musty ( had to get air fresheners for our stay). Sheets and top cover were stained. No hotel info in room. ie checkout info, tv info etc.. complimentary breakfast was (in our opinion) day old. Room decor was falling apart. Ice machine was outside and dirty.
