"Although the property is a little older, everything was clean and very well maintained. The front desk clerk, Cat, made our check-in process so easy! Cat was delightful and set the perfect tone for our girls’ trip. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was just right for our group of six. Every need we had was met with a smile and quickly accommodated. The location of the hotel was also very convenient to Love Square where tickets could be purchased for different tourist options."

"The free airport shuttle service and especially the shuttle driver were excellent, well over 5 stars. The same can be said for the check-in experience and the front desk staff. The property is simply old, dirty, and worn out in general. The room smelled stale and unhealthy. The HVAC unit rattled and were filthy. Hilton really needs to make upgrading or renovating this property a priority. Will stay elsewhere next time."

"We appreciated the complimentary coffee and filtered water. The guest amenity closet is a nice touch. Even though we didn’t need anything extra during our stay, we appreciated the convenience of it. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, attractions, etc., in this area. It could get really crowded and busy at times. We were just annoyed that we had to take a one floor elevator to the lobby and another to our room. The stairs to the lobby were blocked off for some reason. It would be more convenient for us to use the stairs instead of the elevator. Overall, we’d recommend it for the location, cleanness, and the service."
