「There were bed bugs everywhere, 」

「Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. 」

「Staff is helpful. The rooms and lobby are modern, have everything you need, and most importantly, they are clean ! Does not have a musty or moldy smell. The Beds are comfy, and breakfast was great. We enjoyed the large windows, and that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay again if in the area. 」

And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator.
