There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.」

「The site did not indicate sign in was 3 to 6. Also, Google showed a pub AND a B&B. We arrived at 8 pm. to a locked door. Arrival was swift after a phone call but is not guaranteed. After that, the room was spotless, lots of extra touches. The lady at breakfast was lovely, and you choose it at sign in with numerous extras available.」

The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. 「It was easy to self check in and the room had everything needed for a great stay including the breakfast box. We took the dog with us and the room was ideal with plenty of room for us. We didn't see any staff as all the information was sent via phone. The staff member I spoke to on the phone to add the dog was very helpful and efficient. Lovely place to stay.」
