The host Irene was phenomenal. Truely second to none customer service.

place is needed a bit of maintenance but over all very nice staff is super friendly and accommodating only down point was that the a/c in the room was not working properly but having the pool helped cope with the heat

Beautiful, safe and peaceful.. The staff were amazing and the food was exceptional

Staff is helpful and friendly. Cleaning needs to be done behind bedside table. Adaptor for EU socket should be available in the room. Bottles of water as well. Maybe a straightener would be useful for ladies. Very beautiful path passes just below the garden. No direct access but quite easy to get there if you walk down when leaving the house to the right.

I had a nice experience! Abundant gardens and peaceful place. Natures friendly

Ideal for me and my family

Great amazing place. Staff and owner are very welcoming.

We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. It´s one of the best guest houses we ever stayed anywhere in the world. We strongly recommend it. Jose Roberto and Ilse Procopiak

We loved the piece and quiet and beautiful/breath-taking surroundings. The staff were friendly and the food was impeccable. We were not impressed with how we were greeted, the coffee in the room was not replaced on a regular basis which means you had to ask for replacements, the towels that were removed were not replaced. There was no welcoming package (as with other **** hotels) i.e. chocolates on the bed or table.

I liked everything, the staff was great, the food was very good, the room was excellent (especially the bath tub), the safari was lots of fun, (especially touching the elephants), the gift shop was great too. Most of all though I liked the Wild at Heart setting.

Safety , security, quietness and good happy staff

I loved the whole setting and antique design, the staff and the food were excellent. Only disliked that the heating setting was not working on the air conditioner in my room and It was cold.

I loved it. Very serene. Will definitely return
