The room was very clean and modern atmosphere. I had a problem with the aircon in original room but the staff from the reception made an action very quick and allocated me to the other room, great customer service, friendly staff. Thank you

Overall a good stay. There was an issue with the bathroom but it was resolved. The pool is not too bad temperature-wise. It would be nice if the sauna and steam rooms were co-ed but they are not.
