We had a quick stay over and the room was comfortable and clean. The tenant nextdoor had the TV up loud ALL night LONG hence didn't get enough sleep but that's not the property managers fault.Weve stayed before and will again as its close to where we want to visit.

The building itself is lovely. It has cathedral ceilings and is double brick. This meant the room was warm in winter. The staff were very helpful when we were late arriving.

Located just outside the M1, easy to reach. Take away places and Aldi just down the road, 10 min walk. The room was clean and comfortable, it also had a microwave and a toaster. Inside parking.

You have tea making facilities, and a microwave but that's were it ends. No toaster, crockery or utensils. Heater didn't work, and no telephone to get in touch with management . There was no information regarding what is available in the area e.g. shopping centre, Drs, hospital theme parks. No hand towels, fscewashers, body wash, so make sure you come prepared. I think for what I paid I was very disappointed

This property is very tired and dated and the walls between rooms are paper thin meaning sound travels very easily. The price we paid for one night did not represent good value for money.

Clean and comfortable bed. Spacious room and nice hot shower. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and when I went to reception to seek one out, it was closed despite being a time when it was advertised as open.
