「Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. 」

「Very friendly staff, lovely quiet location. Comfortable bed & good free movies on the tv if needed. We would look to stay there again if we return to the area. 」

「The hotel room is okay, fairly clean, what's worth mention is the owner of the hotel is a really nice and friendly guy, it's my first visit to Wynnum and he helped me a lot」

「The owners of this property are lovely. The is now a cafe there too. What made my stay was a Lindt ball and a biscuit in my room when I arrived. I see less of this these days and was wrapped to see them. Car parking is easy and it’s close to the airport. Nice fresh clean rooms. Oh and a extra pullout mirror to help with makeup. I was grateful that I didn’t have to go out for a meal and have a generous serve chicken schnitzel and eggs and bacon breakfast.」

「The pipe of sink in room is drifting bad smell But the free drink is great」

「Bed bugs beware room needs fumigating. Initially room looked okay. A bit grubby around door frame light switches. BUT as turning down sheets to go to sleep….spider under one pillow and tiny ants/bugs on the other bed. So daughter and I had to share a bed. Didn’t get much sleep and we were both covered in bed bug and mosquito bites in the morning. Unfortunately too late at night and too far away from anywhere to find another hotel otherwise we would have. 」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「Great location just back from the waterfront. Shops next door for room snacks if you don't want to eat at the bar or restaurant. Room aircon a bit noisy. 」
