"Was issued room 220 about 9pm. Opened the door and the entire room was left unmade as th previous occupants had left it. Went to front desk and issued 212 to correct the issue. Was told the GM would be notified. By morning on checkout had heard nothing when I checked at the front desk. I’ve stayed here twice before. Will not return now."

"I have been going to Glade Springs for at least 20 years on my many trips from our home in Michigan to our beach house in SC. The amenities at this resort are great! Beautiful golf courses which make terrific places to stretch your legs after a long drive, a great bar/restaurant for an easy dinner, both indoor and outdoor pools if you have kids with you, plus lots of other activities and amenities. The problem I have have with Glade Springs is that they have not updated their rooms in about the same amount of time. We usually stay in a pet friendly Executive Suite, and I think the same stains I noticed on the couch have been there for the last 10 years. The wall paper is starting to peel, the TV's are ancient, the bath room needs an update (or at least re-glazing the tub), and the carpets need a good cleaning. This resort has so much potential, a little elbow grease and some new furniture would go a long way!"
