"If you’re attending an event and you have to take things back and forth it’s inconvenient bc you have to unload your things at the entrance and drive to a parking lot around the block and walk back to the hotel. The downstairs at the entrance always smells like cigarettes, the check out time on the door in the room said 12 and it was actually 11. We had no pets but we were put in a pet room with queen beds that were not queen beds, room was very small and near the bathroom there was a cat urine smell and no microwave. "

"Room was very clean. The staff was excellent. The only thing is they're pretty strict on waiting till 3:00 to check you in. We got there about 2:30 but still a great visit"

"The room was so clean and the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was delicious! Would come again"

"Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair on the toilet, areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Basically the cleaning staff needs proper training and a supervisor to inspect the room before being turned over to a paying guest. The window shade was tattered, the chair upholstery was ripped. Overall the room was very dated. The breakfast really needs to improve in quality. They should have a person hired to oversee the breakfast and not expect the person working at the reception counter to handle both positions. One person can't be in 2 places at the same time, and many guests were upset at not having food prepared and the coffee maker being shut down for not having any coffee. This is not the way to run a quality hotel. As a side note, the exterior smoking areas need to be moved away from the doorways."
