Great Bridlington B & B

My hosts were very helpful in every way, and served up an excellent breakfast, the B&B was clean and tidy and my room had all the amenities that I wanted. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back if I go there again, will recommend to family & friends

July 2 night stay

Great 2 night stay, Steve and Tony went to great lengths to ensure all our needs were met. Very friendly and comfortable guest house and a lovely breakfast. Would recommend and will book again

The hosts were really nice people and will definitely stay again as food was 5 star as well, couldn't do enough for us and even gave good advice on food restaurants and places to visit lovely clean cosy room fantastic thank you.

Fabulous 1 night stay in this b&b. Friendly owners, the homemade shortbread and robe and slippers in the room were a lovely touch and the breakfast was delicious, would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel and hosts

Fabulous hotel run by really friendly proprietors who provide an attentive service. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Lovely place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stayed. Friendly hosts. Nice room. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities, including homemade biscuits. Toiletries also provided, and dressing gowns and slippers. Great breakfast. Would happily stay there again.

Owners have done a great job with the property, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Comfortable bed. All rooms have en-suite bathroom. Kettle with tea and coffee provided in room. Delicious breakfast. Will stay there again next time I am in Bridlington.

We were in a very pleasant, clean room with en suite and there were nice extras added e.g. dressing gowns, slippers, bottles of water. The breakfasts were excellent.... a good choice of options and, where applicable, cooked perfectly. Welcoming and friendly hosts. The beach is just a short walk away. We would definitely go back again to this property.

" The Best in Brid "

Just back from South Lodge and want to say thank you very much to Steve & Tony. We arrived early and the rooms were ready, they were spacious, clean, beds were comfy the decor was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of and not for the fainthearted. Parking at the property spot on as you dont always have that luxory. Well stocked Tea & Coffee in the room and the homemade cookies were very tasty and a chocolate finished off the welcoming. Toiletries were top quality. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve & Tony the perfect hosts who made us very welcome indeed, thank you for the hospitality. We will be back for sure. Shaz & Rob, Kev & Anne

Excellent guest house

Excellent immaculately clean guest house a short walk from Bridlington sea front. The breakfast is exceptional and I defy anyone to leave this place hungry. Lovely host and would have no hesitation recommending this guest house.

We had 2 nights at South Lodge which was convenient for Bempton cliffs. From arrival to departure Steve & Tony made us extremely welcome. The hotel was really clean & well presented. Breakfast was delicious & lots to choose from. We had a really enjoyable stay & will return on our next visit to Bempton.

My sister and I stayed in room 1 and it was so quiet, very clean and cosy and beds were really comfy, Steve and tony the owners were very welcoming and very friendly and chatty. They thought of everything - robes and slippers, make up wipes cotton wool, bottled water, yummy homemade cookies, chocolate on pillow. Breakfast excellent although we don’t eat fry ups there was plenty of cereals, yoghurt and toast. Close to the beach and spa theatre and only 15 mins walk into town, we were also given a discount card to use in certain places which we mainly used in seacourt hotel - a 5 minute walk away and do delicious food. We would definitely come here again

Top spot

Great room, warm welcome. Great touches that just make all the difference, bath robe and slippers. Homemade lemon shortbread to die for. Lots of choices for breakfast, cooked really well and served with friendly northern chat on the side. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Very welcoming couple. Extremely clean bedroom, home made shortbread a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, first class produce, had to down size there was that much. Could have had a variety of choices. Extremely convenient for town and beach plus various sites of interest. Highly recommend. Definitely stay again.
