The front entrance and outside space had lots of rubbish. A simple tidy and sweep would make it look so much more inviting and welcoming and give it kerb appeal. The room was adequate although the window was covered in seagull droppings. We enjoyed our few days in Bridlington.

Wouldn't recommend, this place is unkempt and dirty, really glad to leave, dog hairs in breakfast, wouldn't refund us for breakfast as said already left, not sure how this place is still open! Avoid!

Breakfast was huge (ask for a child portion), the bed was ok, there's no parking, on street only , it is a bit of a TIP, There's no cleanliness At all. We would not book here again

Traditional B&B with an excellent breakfast just like the old days. Staff greeted on arrival and checked us in promptly with a bottle of fresh milk. Only issue could be parking as it's on a busy street we circled the area a few times before luckily finding a freshly vacated space.

Do not stay here. We did not have breakfast (although we paid for it) the downstairs area was dirty, messy and smelled of dog. I assume you go through the man who runs its front room to get to where breakfast is it was dark and a messy front room which we would have felt very uncomfortable doing. The room was bareable and somewhat clean (i use the word clean loosely). The man who runs it was unfriendly and barely spoke. It is totally uncared for and run down no pride in it at all and its in a great location so it is a shame. We checked out at 08:30 and didnt look back. We will never go back.

The reception entrance has not seen.a hoover in weeks and also smelt of wet dog when you walked in and it was a warm day not nice smell they had the heating on as well the room was ok but the windows needed a clean the bar was full off rubbish not like the pics showing it on page breakfast was not good either i went out back to answer my phone and had to avoid the dog poo looked like it had not been cleaned up in days and sorry got nothing good to say about the place needs shutting down to do a deep clean

Amenities not as offered. Downstairs was untidy with piles of washing in places and wires hanging from the ceiling. The”Bar” was the breakfast room and it was not open. Family dog was allowed to roam which contributed to the lack of cleanliness. Rooms were clean and serviceable but very dated. Overall the property is very tired and in need of attention
