Overall our stay was good. I think we arrived before the season started so no cafe, rubbish being removed and resurfacing. The owners communicated about this once we arrived. Certain areas had not yet been revamped - areas of the bathroom notably.

Clean and well kept hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great location right next to the railway station in Dundee and the bus stop. Comfortable and safe.

The hotel room was lovely and clean and staff where lovely to but the hotel it’s self is a bit run down
