"Room was really clean and spacious, with regular cleaning from housekeeping. The inclusion of bath robes and slippers was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of free hot food, snacks, fruit, coffee, juice and various sweet treats. Hotel is smack in the middle of old town so walkable distance to all great cafes, restraunts and tourist attractions. If we ever come back to Prague we'd definitely stay here again!"

"Apartment room was good....bit surprised it was around the corner from the main hotel and the Receptionist who was on duty may want to realise that overseas visitors who have just arrived after a day travelling and it's late at night may be a bit disoriented so the very curt brief description in broken English may not sink in, felt like we were an inconvenience. But breakfast excellent and location ideal for where we wanted to be. "

"The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again"
