「When I arrived even after calling the Thunderbird directly a few days earlier to confirm the room I was told yes, your room is confirmed. When i arrived the room # 2 which one of the family members told me was my room was taken. Another renter stated he was removed from rm 33 the prior day. Turns out the AC was not working. Temp 87 all night - It had a code E9. I called the office which was closed but the daughter answered I notify her of the air which she already knew. Same woman I called to...

「Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!」

「This property needs to be updated. The bathrooms specifically were in poor condition. It is an older property so one may expect an average appearance; however, the bathrooms were not suitable. Otherwise the space was ok. It is a located well in terms of the Seaside Boardwalk.」

「This hotel is in the perfect location right on the boardwalk. My family and I had a great time, we will book this hotel again.」

「Location was good if you want to be near the boardwalk. Room was clean, but smaller than what pictures made it out to be. Bath towels were terrible. Bring your own. Pool is a joke. So small but did provide relief with the heat. Beds were eh. Pillows thin. Would not stay again.」

「My toilet didn’t flush the whole time I was there, there was a bug crawling on my pillow and daughter, and there was hair all over the shower. The staff was told about all of this and their response was is nothing can be done. I will never stay here again.」

「My family and I love staying here! The rooms are always clean. The staff and their kids are very kind and friendly. The distance from room to the boardwalk/beach is about a 3min walk with kids..super close..the pool was clean and fun for days we didnt go to beach. High recommend…」

「Room was okay, very small and seemed clean. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Bathroom was a little dirty. Parking was first come first serve and spots were very small.」

「This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.」
