"Friendly staff at check in and in Concierge; the valet evening staff could have been more cordial. However, the young man, Future, was very personable and hospitable. Clean, spacious room. Biggest complaint would be the non working elevators and the broken ice machine on the Concierge level."

"I can’t honestly rate this hotel because I missed my flight and Expedia, this hotel and American Airlines first to reschedule my flight which was for an important milestone in my son’s life his graduation ceremony for the military. I am extremely disappointed and angry with my whole experience. For me now to be out not only on missing this important event I am out the money because they now refuse to give me a refund do not use Expedia to book they say it’s up to the hotel and the airline and then those says it’s up to Expedia I don’t care who it’s up to someone needs to give me a refund! I will never book through them again"

"Breakfast should be at least until 11. In the bathtub, there should be a mat or bathmats inside the bathtub, as the bathtub was extremely slippery."

"The property aesthetics were outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms and furniture were old, worn, and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the shower did not function properly. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Hilton in quite some time."
