Many of the rooms are very small, so you need to be aware of this. The building is beautiful, clean and well kept. The apartments are within walking distance to downtown Manhattan attractions, and there are subways very close. Ideal location.

I came here because my hot water tank wasnt working only to find out their shower was messed up too my shower was literally cold and the washer was backed up so it didn't drain the washer went past my ankles in the shower

There was no refrigerator in the room. We left alll day came back our room was never cleaned. Our towels that we used that morning were still on the floor and beds weren’t made. They didn’t give us any other towels. Breakfast was not a big variety

nice area,,, we basically just go to visit our son & his family,, usually just overnite or 2 nite visits so we haven't visited any of the sites you listed on this survey.
