J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre en rez-de-chaussée qui ressemblait à une catégorie économique oubliée des années 70 : odeur d’humidité persistante, salle de bain minuscule et dans son jus, serviettes d’entrée de gamme. Pas d’acceuil. Pour un établissement noté au-dessus de 9/10, je m’attendais à tout autre chose. Il y a manifestement un décalage entre la réputation en ligne et la réalité sur place.」

「La chambre n’est pas chauffé quand j’arrive. Le plafond est moisi, il y a des toiles d’araignée dans la salle de bain. La télé ne fonctionne pas. L’hôtel est mal isolé 」
