The evening desk clerk was kind and wonderful as was the lady working the day shift…. But the parking elevator broke and it blew up our train booking and rental car return. I suggest not parking in the hotel garage

Das Hotel selbst war wirklich schön, und die Räumlichkeiten kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das meiste Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm gemacht hat. Leider gab es jedoch eine unschöne Begegnung mit einer Dame, die als Schichtleiterin am Empfang tätig war. Ihr Verhalten war ausgesprochen unfreundlich und respektlos. Ihre Art, auf eine einfache Frage von mir zu reagieren, vermittelte mir das Gefühl, ich sei als Gast weniger willkommen, weil meine Buchung preisgünstiger war. Sie wurde laut, ließ mich kaum zu Wort kommen, und das Gespräch endete für mich sehr unangenehm – ich wollte es nur noch schnell beenden.

Hyggeligt ophold i den charmerende by, hotellet har en god beliggenhed og værelserne var moderne indrettet. Poolen var itu, men vi var orienterede om dette. Morgenmaden var under “tysk” standard men ok

-PUNTOS A FAVOR: Personal simpático y cordial en su mayoría. Localización, justo en el paseo del río con muchas opciones para comer y beber, ocio en general y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad...ideal para moverse. El SPA es ideal para desconectar, el gimnasio es pequeño pero está perfecto. La insonorización de la habitación es perfecta con respecto de las otras habitaciones, es verdad que, los fines de semana, llega algún ruido de la calle pero se duerme perfectamente. La pequeña cocina con neverita es otro plus. -PUNTOS EN CONTRA: No sabíamos que había que avisar para que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación y estuvimos 4 días sin que nadie pasara por la misma, ni reposición de papel higiénico. Es verdad que, una vez comentado, pasaron..en resumen, estuvimos una semana y sólo pasó alguien cuando lo comentamos...una vez. Nunca me había pasado que durante las vacaciones tenga que estar pendiente de decir que hay que limpiar, reponer o vaciar la s papeleras. Lo siento pero no me gustó esa política. -SITUACIÓN EXTRAÑA: La reserva fue de una habitación triple. Me dieron una doble con cama supletoria. Me extrañó cuando en recepción me comentaron que había que avisar para la cama supletoria..no entendí en ese momento, una habitación triple debe tener o tres camas o dos siendo una de ellas doble...pero, por otro lado, me comentaron que tenía el desayuno de las tres personas incluido en el precio... RESUMEN: al final no se por lo que pagué, si obtuve de más o de menos...

bra hotell, men parkering gällde inte elbilar- för tunga för att hissas upp. hade kriteriet luftkonditionering på sökningen, men visade sig att vårt rum inte hade det. Dessutom tidig störning av ett antal duvor som förde oväsen.
