"This hotel is at the doorstep of the train station. Literally in the mall across the street. Go in, reception is on the third floor. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly. Although the room is small it is adequate. I’ve never seen a mall as huge as this. Oh, and you will be close to the old part of the city. "

"The hotel is undergoing a full refurbishment but even the older rooms are of a good standard. Friendly, helpful staff. Car parking is across the road at the station but the daily rate is acceptable. Handy for the rail station. 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. I will use this place again. "

"Our family used it for a stop over for one night, but with how much there is at the hotel I kinda wish I stayed for two. There is construction going on with the tree houses being built which looking at the direction they face, they will have a fantastic view of the lake. Our room was nice and clean and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel. "
