「A lovely place to stay and would not think twice about returning. The views from the property are outstanding. Just a short drive to Monmouth High Street with plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. 「We’re stayed in a lot of places around Llandrindod wells while back visiting family. This is one of the very few places we would happily go back to!
Nice quiet area, a little bit out of town… but you should expect this, you’ve booked a stay in mid wales! Great breakfast, solid night sleep (although the mattress could maybe do with an upgrade if we’re being picky). Definitely will go back again」

「I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). 」
