「Clean room. The hot tub could use some more cleaning. Breakfast about 45 minutes later than what it was supposed to be.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use. On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....

「I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place.
