Great location right on the slopes. The spacious townhouse was very accommodating for a large group. The only downside to our stay was the unit was advertised as having 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds when we booked. The unit we were given had 1 double bed and 7 twin beds, which was not ideal. Had we known the actual bed offerings we would have booked somewhere else. Overall the place was great otherwise.

Check in, once we located it, was swift and easy! The staff was very friendly. The map we were given to find our condo, though, was unhelpful. An address and explanation of how the units are numbered would have saved us a lot of trouble and time. Once we found our unit, we were very pleased with its location. It is considered ski in/out. While the out was convenient, the in was definitely quite a bit more of an effort. There was an exceptional amount of polling required. The interior of the condo was clean and had a nice layout. The mattress on the 1st floor bedroom was AWFUL-- we actually went to Walmart and bought a topper & pillow bc it left us in such pain the next morning. The tub on the 1st floor had clogging issues that my husband easily managed with a plunger, but not ideal for a vacation condo. Unlike a majority of the other condos in the area, we didnt have access to the 1st floor jacuzzi without exiting from the front of the house, walking around the entire condo in the snow and returning the same way. It basically rendered that amenity useless to us, which was a great disappointment. The "shuttle" service was too busy to keep up with the demand. We used it once, waiting over an hour with dispatch continually telling us someone was on the way, but never following up when lots of time went by and no pick up had been made. While the things mentioned above did not ruin our trip, they are areas that need to be improved upon. Thankfully, we still managed to enjoy!!

Peaceful Oasis in the Mountains

We stayed in 62 Iliff Ct. The townhome is large, with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, den, hufe laundry room, hottub, balcony, vaulted ceilings and one car garage. The master suite is lovely, with a comfy king bed and long bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity and shower. It's on its own level. Two bedrooms are in the lowest of three levels. One bedroomhas two twin beds. The other has a queen bed, large walk in closet and sliding door access to the hot tub (which is in view of the neighborhood street). The fireplace is nice, and the floors feel clean. This place gets a "bare feet ok" rating. Most hotels don't. No air conditioning (typical for most places the area) but each bedroom comes with a fan and humidifier. The house comes equipped with cleaning supplies and even sleds. One complaint: Wyndham's cleaning crew used a cleaner that smells lime vomit. I noticed this upon entry mostly on the mai level. I have smelled this before in some hotels. And the fur rug could use cleaning. Walking distance down the hill to town. Next to ski lifts. Summers are great, since prices are low and town parking is free.

Great family condo

Great condo, perfect large layout for families. Beautiful area, mountain views, private hot tub. Only improvements would be a larger kitchen and a dining area that wasn't carpeted. I would definitely book there again!

Great stay!

Can not wait to go back! Saddlewood Townhomes are very nice and impressed by services that Wyndham Vaction Rentals offer, like shuttles and concierge. Great value!

Wow! I want to live here.

The view was great. The townhouse was well maintained. Lots of room for everyone. Had some issues with the stove/oven working. It kept shutting off on its own. Maintance came out promptly but was unable to resolve the issue. The townhouse was so peaceful and quiet. We were even able to check in a little early. Also, there is an attached heated garage. The private outside hot tub was a great addition.

Overall a very nice place for a family to stay. The tv options were limited and the beds a bit on the older side, but nothing was a deal breaker and we would definitely stay here again.

Would highly recommend!

We rented a 3bdrm/3bath townhouse for a women-only trip to the Breckenridge Film Festival and it was perfect. Bedrm/baths on own floors gave lots of privacy and space. In-house laundry. Noticed that two sofas made into beds too. And the private hot tub is a rare find for rental properties. Quiet, forested area around subdivision, which appeared to be a ski in location. CONS: Small kitchen would prevent group cooking and internet didn't work. Management tried REALLY hard to fix internet and compensated us when it couldn't be done. Will definitely be back!

Changed location without approval, terrible maint

Location was good but management changed the location without informing us in advance and obtaining approval. Maintenance staff was terrible...to change light bulb he proceeded to step on the bed with his dirty shoes instead of bringing a ladder. When we asked him to remove his shoes he told us "I don't need this, you can replace it yourself" and left! GM was sorry for maint staff's attitude and there were no further issues.

Convient location-great for large groups

The condo was convient to Main Street and Frisco, as well as skiing. Would have liked to be able to walk to Main Street but there was ample parking available. Condo was clean and hotel staff was very responsive to any needs. Would stay again if in the area.

Very Pleased

This was a family trip to Breckenridge. The townhome was modern and spacious, and had all of the kitchen utensils we needed. The Wyndham shuttle couldn't have been more convenient, I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes for a pick-up regardless of where we were in town. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect ski in ski out location!

If I had more money, I would buy one of these townhomes. It was very spacious and perfect for the kids to ski, come back for lunch and go out skiing again. We would definitely go back and we loved Breckenridge as well.
