「The room was very charming, with a private balcony. The second floor lobby was very comfortable for eating and lounging. The hotel supplies hot water for tea or hot chocolate at all times, plus all plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware, and with a fridge and microwave in the room, it was very easy to prepare simple meals there. It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola.」

「This was my second stay at River Mountain Lodge and I love its unbeatable location — just one block from both Main Street and the gondola. We booked a premium condo for our three-night stay and really enjoyed unwinding in the dry sauna, steam room and hot tub at the end of the day. 「The studio we rented was spacious, comfortable, clean and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had some trouble controlling the heat and the construction caused some inconvenience and the property manager responded with a refund for our our discomfort. We would rent from this property again and highly recommend it.」
