It was really quite lovely, and it was super simple to check-in and check-out. People were complaining about paying city taxes (despite the fact that Hotels.com notifies you of this), so I thought that was a little ludicrous; people just need to read more about their stay, and it's only 1.70 Euro per person per night.
Anyway, they were really responsive to when we needed help or assistance; if you had questions about the town, the staff were incredibly helpful and willing to help you find things to do. The building is a little old (including the elevator), but it's still taken care of and not a bad deal. If I were visiting Bratislava for a vacation, I'd stay here again.
The WiFi was easy to connect to and free (the former is something I've found is sporadically difficult).
