Arrived early and got shown straight to our room which was actually the penthouse, a nice surprise. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ‘ok’, nothing special. Also, our room was a tad too light in the morning. That said, I’d definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Bratislava Gem!

The front desk staff were very helpful throughout my entire stay. The location is perfect and my room was comfortable- just what I needed after a long day of travel!

Hard to find, but worth the drama.

Great location, although extremely difficult to find by road, even using GPS navigation, needed local people riding with us in our car to guide us to the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town Bratislava and Danube shore and is newly refurbished. Garage is small and you need to prebook space if you need one. Hotel serves decent and delicious breakfast

Maybe a nice hotel a while ago….

Bit of a last minute trip for work so can’t say whether we received good value for money as most hotels were quite expensive at the time. It’s clearly aimed at the business market but the rooms and public areas are showing their age (albeit very clean). The pillows on the sofas for example in the reception area are completely flat and look quite funny! We had a suite which felt quite bare with no artwork on the walls and air conditioning that had no discernible effect on the unbearable temperature of the room (BTS was in the late teens at the time so not hot). Given the standard of room it was quite noisy from neighbours above and below - there were dogs in the room next to us to complete the experience! The shower tray had no fall on it so the bathroom flooded and it all felt a little dated. Breakfast was basic at best and the bar was closed at 8pm when we came back from our evening stroll. It’s a shame we can’t be more positive as some of the staff were very friendly but on the basis of the room, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, smelly room

Our room wasn't the greatest, it smelled of formerly being a smoking room. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, they let us park our car in the hotel garage for free for 4 hrs before we moved our park to friends office parking space. Breakfast was excellent and the service was caring and always on hand.

The hotel is five minutes walking to the old town. Facilities are so so. Only 3 in one instant coffee provided in the room, even there is not good coffee machine in the eating area for the breakfast. Indoor Parking is about 20 Euro/night.

The location is good and you can walk to the old city in a few minutes but that’s about it. The breakfast was an absolute disaster. I was not able to have access to the bar or the sitting area twice, because they have “ a private function “ ! So, I paid a high price for my room for this hotel category in the low season ( December) but I wasNOT ALLOWED YO USE THE COMMON SPACES BUT OUTSIDERS WHO DON’T RESIDE IN THE HOTEL CAN !!! I will never go back or recommend it to anyone EVER. I was misled by the information on the booking site. Very, very disappointed.

4 star hotel with a high rating of 9? Really?

The location of the hotel is great, but that is the end of the all the good news. Depressing dark reception, people who do not really care, AC not working in all the hotel, fridge not working, no hot water, lights and power sockets not working, double bed but with single duvets, it is like they are just letting the property die. Breakfast was also very basic, however it was included in the price. No matter how optimistic someone wants to be, that is definitely not a 4-star hotel and the rating of 9 does not reflect the truth. In my opinion it is a 3-star hotel max, with a rating of 7,5 max. There are other amazing and brand-new hotels in the city, with a lower cost too.
