They "overbooked" and canx our reservation!

One hour before check-in, I received an email with the subject line "All is full, please cancel." This email, apparently sent by the apartment manager, came from a private email, not through the hotels.com system. The email was also not signed in a way to indicate who it came from. I almost deleted it as spam. Since I replied and got clarification, I was able to contact hotels.com and coordinate new lodging while we were still on the train to Bratislava. Unfortunately for us, our new lodging had no kitchen, no washing machine, and was located outside the limits of public transportation. This made our stay much more expensive and unenjoyable. Only book with these people if you like to gamble on whether or not you will actually have your reservation honored.

Terrible and unacceptable experience with the owner and Expedia. Nobody was there to greet us, very poor communication once we got in touch with the owner. My 83 year old grandmother, who has fled the war in Ukraine, had to stand for 2 hours to wait for the owner's arrival (which never happened). We were later told there was no room available and they would not honour the confirmed and paid for Expedia booking. We had to find a last-minute accommodation in a foreign country, late at night. Awful experience! Do not recommend.

Majiteľka hotela, menom Podstavková, okráda zákazníkov cez rezervácie. Nedoporučujem rezervovať a uhradiť poplatok, lebo peniaze už nikdy neuvidíte a ani pobyt, lebo sa vyhovorí že žiadna rezervácia neexistuje, alebo si ju nevšimla a potom nereaguje na podporu od Hotels, zámerne aby po 30tich dňoch dostala automaticky zaplatené. Vám bude klamať do očí, bezcudne a nemorálne. Je to podvodníčka a za tých čo okradla si chodí na 2 mesačné dovolenky tak ako teraz aktuálne do Grécka. Vyhnite sa jej a obstarajte si iný pobyt

Leider haben die Hunde um 4.30 Uhr Morgen immer gepellt, somit würde man immer wach. Es könnte auch mehr Geschirr (Gläser/Teller/Tassen und Besteck) aufgefüllt werden, da es nicht für 8 Personen ausreichen würde. Das Apartment an sich was sehr großzügig und nett vom Ambiente. Alles im ganzen würde ich/ wir das Apartment wieder buchen.

I liked the big rooms it is really perfect for families And very clean and calm Didn’t like -1 check out too early ( 10 am ) 2- can’t raise heat and I don’t know why , it was cold night and couldn’t raise the heater at all

Hotel, v ktorom Vam slubia hocico a nedaju nic.

Po príjazde do apartmánu Viktor, aj napriek rezervácii tyzden vopred a niekoľkým potvrdzujúcimi mailom a pripomienkam zo strany hotels.com, nám prevádzkovatelka oznámila, ze ubytovanie pre nás nemajú, lebo majú iných, dôležitejších hostí a vybavili nám namiesto potvrdeného apartmánu izbu v inom hoteli úplne v inej časti mesta. O zmene nás vopred neinformovali vraj preto, ze na nás nemali kontakt, hoci nevyhnutnou podmienkou pri rezervacii je zadanie telefonického a mailového kontaktu.

This is serviced apartment

Pros: Very nice, spacious (80m2) 2-bed modern serviced apartment. Perfect bathroom with the brand new washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking. Cons: Superslow internet and very early checkout (10am). Remote location - you'll definitely need a car.

super wypad do Bratysławy i Wiednia

elegancki apartament, super na wikendowy wypad do Bratysławy lub Wiedniaw osiem osób(4 dwuosobowe sypialnie + sofa w salonie i kuchnia do dyspozycji) w bardzo dobrej cenie, kuchnia mogłaby być lepiej doposażona.

Appartement rénové- service minimum

L'appartement Jasmine a été rénové récemment. C'est un bel appartement avec 4 chambres à coucher de 2 lits simples. La salle de douche était spacieuse. Il y a même une machine à laver. La cuisine était équipée au minimum. ( 1 seule coupe de vin, 1 serviette de table, aucune mitaines de four).Nous étions 7 et lors de notre arrivée, nous avions seulement 4 serviettes de bain. Nous avons demandé d'autres serviettes pour le lendemain. Quand nous sommes revenus de visiter, les serviettes n'étaient toujours pas arrivées. Nous avons dû demander et c'est parce que j'ai beaucoup insisté que j'ai finalement eu 4 nouvelles serviettes. 5 lits avec des poils et des cheveux sur les draps à notre arrivée. Les draps sentaient bons mais on dirait qu'ils n'avaient pas été bien lavés. Nous avons dû acheter nos rouleaux supplémentaires de papier de toilettes. Aussi, j'avais demandé de payer en argent à mon arrivée puisque je ne voulais pas mettre le montant sur ma carte de crédit mais malheureusement, la dame avait déjà mis le montant sur ma carte. Notre première nuit, nous avons dû la passer à l'hôtel Viktor puisque notre appartement était en rénovation. L'hôtel Viktor était très bien et nous avons eu le petit déjeuner gratuit.

Lack of hospitality

The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated,with all modern equipment you could asked for,however there was not a single tea bag or coffee to start with on your arrival. Not a welcome note or city information about connection to the nearest shop or bus stop. It was advertised as being central location which wasn't the case. I wouldn't recommend this place unless there is some improvement - hospitality is what makes people coming back and this wasn't there in any format.

Nettes Hotel, etwas abseits

Wir kamen am frühen Abend an und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, wo es zum Parken etwas eng ist. Auch hier wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das Einchecken hat etwas gedauert haben aber wie vereinbart ein tolles Appartement bekommen. Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Alles in allem ein einfaches Hotel, Sauber und empfehlenswert

Save yourself a night of trouble

We got to the apartment after making a reservation and were informed that they did not receive anything from hotel.com and our apartment was already full... It was 9pm after a 6 hours drive from Krakow, and had to drive from hotel to hotel to find a room since we did not have any internet connection. We ended up having to book a room that was much more expensive than we intended after running around town until 11pm.
