Al principio se le olvidó enviarnos las instrucciones y se lo tuvimos que recordar. El grifo de la ducha y del lavabo perdían agua por todos los lados. El resto está muy bien. Hay aparcamiento en la calle pero al estar en el centro es bastante complicado encontrar uno libre.

Terrible experiencia. El cuarto al que llegamos estaba muy bonito y como las fotos, el cuarto estaba caliente y prendimos el aire acondicionado, nos fuimos a cenar, y el aire acondicionado se quedó prendido. Cuando regresamos había empapado la cama, estaba mal instalado eran las 11 de la noche le escribí al propietario y nos mandó a un cuarto a 5 minutos caminando. Sin ayuda y arrastrando las maletas por todo el centro, en donde es difícil moverse. El cuarto que nos dio era, viejo, feo y estaba sucio, le pedí que si nos podía cambiar a otro que se pareciera al primero pero me regañó por dejar el aire acondicionado prendido y me dijo que eso era lo único que tenía. Nos quedamos pues era nuestra única opción, el lugar estaba sucio; el piso, los vasos, la regadera no tuvo agua caliente dos días hasta después de 30-40 minutos, y teníamos un cenicero en la ventana 24/7 que apestaba el cuarto. En ningún momento se nos ofreció algo para compensar todos los inconvenientes. La peor experiencia que tuvimos en todo Europa.

The studio apartment is very beautiful, it was clean and the location is convenient. But there are some things to improve: 1) communication, as in other hotels/ residences instructions of the arrival can be shared on advance via hotels . You will no receive any information on advance , the residence has no name on the door or anything , and then you will need to call the owner , which is an issue if you have no roaming or depends on public WiFi. To receive instructions the only way is via WhatsApp and not everyone has it. 2). The floor hitting at the room cannot be regulated and the room was very hot.

I attempted to cancel this reservation within 10 minutes and both Hotels.com and the hotel denied me. A glitch in the reservation system made me try to book this 3 times. By the 3rd attempt the month was wrong. The reply from the hotel was "It's your Reservation " nothing more.

Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner response were very quick and kind!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 a Natale (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi) per due notti. L'appartamento è caldo, accogliente e pulito. Davvero molto confortevole e ad un passo dal centro. Abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio, a pagamento, nelle vicinanze. La cucina è un po' sguarnita: non c'è un piano cottura ma solo un microonde e ci sono poche stoviglie. Per noi non è stato un problema ma volendo pranzare o cenare in appartamento è un aspetto da considerare. Brasov una bella scoperta.

Gentilissimo il gestore che telefonicamente ci ha fatto avere subito le informazioni su come accedere nonostante avessimo prenotato appena poco prima. Ottima posizione e struttura meglio di quanto ci si aspettasse per il prezzo pagato. Sinceramente però non ci passerei più di una notte o 2 in 3 persone come eravamo noi. Comunque complimeti

The apartment is beautiful. Just like in the pictures. It's close to the old town, so lot of shops are available with a short walk. Parking can be difficult during the day, but we found it was like that anywhere close to the old town. After 8 pm more paking spots become available close to the flat. I would recommend this flat and would come back.

Central option for Brasov

An apartment of sorts, it was missing a few things like bowls and a tea towel (to dry the dishes). Other than that, it was spacious and well kept. There is a bit of an odour in the bathroom, but suspect that's either the water or the drain. Quite common in Europe we find, especially when the bathroom is purely internal with no external ventilation. Parking is available on any street around Brasov, you can use the TPark app to pay. Free from 6pm-8am and then you pay for any hours parked within 8am-6pm. I can understand some of the reviews that made mention of the parking, as on the webpage it has slightly conflicting information e.g., Parking and transport Off-site parking within 1 ft (EUR 5 per day) Street parking available But then if you go down to the FAQ it says: Is parking offered on site at 92 Residence? No, unfortunately. However, there's street parking available. The offsite parking it refers to, is what I just mentioned above. 24 hours in zone 0 is 24 RON. You might have to hunt around a bit, but you'll eventually find something within 500m or so of the apartment - it's pretty chaotic on the streets! The location is good and is very central for wandering around the centre.
